Restylane

There are many non-surgical treatments that can still give you the rejuvenated look you want. Some of these treatments include dermal fillers. Dermal fillers are injected into the skin to add volume and reveal a smoother, more youthful appearance. Some of the fillers used at 360 Dermatology are Restylane products, these include Restylane, Restylane Lyft and Restylane Silk. This family of products are all FDA-approved to address the common signs of aging.

Restylane is comprised of hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally produced by the body. All three products work to enhance facial volume and smooth fine lines and creases around the nose, mouth and chin. Restylane Silk is a smooth, gel-like substance for patients 21 and over looking to add natural-looking fullness to the lips as well as reducing the facial lines around the mouth. Restylane Lyft is a thicker consistency compared to Restylane Silk. This makes it suitable in restoring the fullness to the cheek area.

On average Restylane and Restylane Silk can be expected to last about six months, however this can vary from each individual. Restylane Lyft can provide results for up to nine months out of the year. Results are almost always immediate, but swelling, redness and tenderness may occur. There is little to no downtime following the procedure and you can expect to return to normal activity right away.
